Students from Grades VII to XII. Each committee has its own eligibility window — UNGA, UNCSW and IFAB are open to Grades VII–X (IFAB up to XII), while UNSC, UNEA, G20, UNHRC, GFEAI, IMF, NSG, RAW, AIPPM and IP are reserved for Grades IX–XII.
Once you select your grade in the registration form, the committee and portfolio dropdowns automatically filter to show only the chambers you are eligible for. This prevents ineligible allocations.
Allocations are merit-based, considering experience, prior conference performance, and your stated committee preference. The Executive Board's decisions are final.
Yes — the official Harmonia portfolio matrix is available as a Google Sheet, linked from the conference brochure and shared with registered delegates.
No. Beginner-friendly committees (UNGA, UNCSW, IFAB) are designed for first-timers. The Executive Board mentors all first-time delegates.
Day 1: Indian formals. Day 2: Western formals.
Please note that all committee and portfolio allocations are final. Once an allocation has been made by the Secretariat, no changes, swaps, or reassignments will be entertained under any circumstances. Delegates are therefore advised to indicate their preferences thoughtfully at the time of registration.
